Difference you can feel

Each session is tailored to you—your body, goals, and life.

Whether you are managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, working to improve your strength and mobility, or simply ready to invest in some well-deserved rest and relaxation, massage therapy can help.

The Approach

Healing begins when the mind and body have the conditions they need to recover. Massage therapy creates those conditions by calming the nervous system, relieving physical tension, and supporting a deeper sense of overall well-being. Through regular sessions, clients develop a greater awareness of how their body feels and functions, which becomes a powerful tool for managing stress, preventing injury, and maintaining long-term health. This is why I view massage not simply as a treatment, but as a form of whole-person care—one that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional demands of everyday life.

Drawing from my own health experiences and years of caring for others, I recognize that each person's path is unique, and meaningful progress often requires support. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal trainer, I blend hands-on tissue work with movement-based assessment to identify the root cause of pain and tension, so clients leave each session with lasting relief and a clear path toward long-term mobility and strength. I take time to connect with clients, listen to their concerns, and ensure they feel heard, respected, and are comfortable sharing feedback throughout the process. Every therapeutic massage session is tailored to your individual goals and includes a range of therapeutic techniques such as cupping, IASTM, KT Taping, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular, and trigger point therapy to name a few, to create an experience that is focused and effective.

About the Therapist

I began my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist in February 2025, following years of experience in education and as a caregiver for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

My path here wasn't linear, but weaved in a way that taught me to respect life’s breadth: a BA in Literature from UC Santa Cruz shaped how I listen and connect with clients, an MS in Organizational Leadership from CU Boulder taught me to build thoughtful, client-centered care, and my ISSA Personal Trainer certification deepened my understanding of movement and the root causes of pain. Together with my LMT training from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, these experiences reflect a lifelong commitment to understanding people deeply and supporting their well-being.

Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with loved ones, hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, or cooking.

I look forward to connecting with and assisting you on your wellness journey!

Warmly,

Breanne Escobar, LMT, CNMT, CPT
